Herp-A-Derp

So after the populartity of my MANE 6 series I realized I REALLY needed to draw DERPY too! (or Ditzy Doo as her original name was) I had to look around (GOOGLE FU FTW!) for some images of her to make sure I had her body art right- each pony poses differently- and she holds her wings way different than the others so I wanted to get it right. Once I knew how I wanted the body to look well, off went the browser and the art was begun!

Thanks to my girlfriend for helping me figure out just WHAT colour Derpy's body was... the ponywiki isn't quite helpful as I translate that into marker colours. Derpy's body consists of a record 12 different colours! Her mane and tail only 6- her eyes 4, cutie mark 3.

The mane and tail were super easy from the get go "s'rainbowdash's groomer too I guess" not sure if that's right or not... so sorry bronies if I didn't give her the right hair.
